I am an HP employee. Coprocessor is related to nForce chipset drivers, to to install them.
Ours had to do with the NVidia System Management Controller but was listed in the device manager as a coprocessor. Before when I still have the RC version coprocfssor Windows 7 there wasn’t any problems, but as soon as I upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium some of my drivers went missing.
